In this 60 minute session,

I will be using swedish massage techniques to bring your awareness back to your body’s center.

Using oil or cream, the massage strokes will be long, and fluid. You will truly be able to bring your attention back into your body, and let your mind relax with your breath.

The pressure of the massage will be determined upon your intake.

In this 60 min session,

I will guide you in finding the root of uncomfortable holding patterns. Using slow, focused techniques; Deep Tissue massage is given to assist in resolving tension, improve range of motion, and bring awareness to your body as well as your mind for overall wellness.

In this 60 minute session,

I will be using long, fluid, and rhythmic movements with the forearms to bring overall wellness and circulation to the body. Light to deep pressure to realign the body, and work through stagnant energy flow.

Includes facial steam, and warmed coconut rose shea butter used throughout the entire session.
